DIY Shoulder Rig Tutorial - DSLR Camera PVC Stabilizer - QUICK FX Video
Today we cover the process of building your own PVC shoulder rig for your camera! (Also known as a Camera Stabilizer) I know there are all kinds of PVC shoulder rig tutorials on the web, but the design in this episode is made specifically for a DSLR camera!!

Where i can buy online the pvc conduit box?
@JaygreenTV He ... @JaygreenTV He talked about how he did it real fast. 1/4 inch 20 thumb screw that is 2 inches long. If you look inside the conduit box as he is showing it you can see how it stays in place; there are two nuts and then a spring which keeps tension on the screw? to keep it in place. Kind of a cool setup. I think the spring would be the hardest thing to find.

this video inspired ... this video inspired me to make a shoulder mount of 1 mountain bike handle bar, 2 seat mounts reversed as handles, and one bull horn mountain bike handle to grip behind me. really strong and sturdy. Great videos man.? Keep it up!
@JaygreenTV Drill ... @JaygreenTV Drill the hole through both the top and bottom end of the box. Push the screw up through the bottom and attach the bolts? inside before pushing the screw all the way out of the top..

@Knoptop I think ... @Knoptop I think you should at least have mentioned a balance/counterweight system or even a spring rod for the front. A balance is the fundamental element of what makes this rig work. Just as you would expect a car to some with wheels. Other wise it is as useful as? setting the camera on your shoulder. Your traffic isn't professional so the people who come to your video need this sort of information.
How did you get the ... How did you get the bicycle? grips on? Mine only go? on about an inch and they get stuck. Did you lube the PVC first? Not sure what to do...

You have no counter ... You have no counter-weight in back...and no front stabilization mechanism for movement. The? rig is nearly useless.

I did this rig and ... I did this rig and found out instead of using a t joint at the handles use? a cross joint and add a third handle about 6inches and you could focus easier than holding the rig off centered.
@ ... @itstheChristianLife i literally use it for all my projects and prototype rigs. I purchased a cheap version from Harber Frieight (some can? be pricey) But yes, it's a good investment if you plan to make a few pvc projects.
